So my daughter has decided to move back home. No problem! Just take all the tools and lawn equipment from the garage, and rebuild it into a very large bedroom. All you need to do is frame a closet, and finish it out. Oh yea, don't forget carpet, heat, and wire 40 amp service for Air. Opps; The AC is not large enough to accommodate that space, hum $'s...?

We bought the 3 bedroom 2 bath home new, last August. I thought that would certainly be adequate. Oh yeah; What about the tools? I now need a shed in the back yard to accommodate those items. Let's pour a concrete pad and frame that out.
